they have a profit share which goes across the board from the bottom to the top. strong brands but under threat unless radical steps taken some products of real innovation very good at constant analysis
Cons
poor leadership lack of strategic nous highly political and more into game playing leadership not keen to address fundamental issues impacting business = process, resource, structure and people. who you know is more important than what you know and can do for getting promoted most of the employees are disengaged due to a depressing environment which has them focused externally looking for work = high staff turnover
