      Pros

      It is a great company to start with and grow to upper middle management position. You will join professional team and get strong induction training as well as a series of very efficient and useful trainings during your period of employment. Company offers sound compensation and encourages to achieve results, providing enough resources and responsibility to do the job. In case of really strong performance you can apply for positions in other countries.

      Cons

      In Russia organization is not big and after upper middle management position (regional sales manager) further career development is limited with really limited number of top managerial positions located in Moscow, though there are some chances to get position in other countries.

      Great brands, company, vision and leadership. This place is special and unlike so many other CPG companies.

      Super competitive industry can create longer than usual hours.

      Pros

      You will not be bothered by people talking to you, benefits seem okay.

      Cons

      Don’t expect to be trained on anything. Management will expect you to figure things out on your own, request your own accesses and figure out what you need without any guidance. They’ll send people to you for questions on how to do stuff within your first couple days, not having taught you how to do those things.
