Great company with great team members. Cooperative team environment with good benefits in place. Provide the opportunity for short term assignment for those who are up for the challenge

Cons

Very unprofessional in handling returnees from short term assignment. No strategic reintegration was put in place for me in home country when I finish my assignment in the host country. No choice but to be made redundant after gaining those fruitful experiences which could have been shared when I am back in the home country team.

Cons

Very slow promotions and too focused on managing up. This is unfortunate because this is such a great company, but the company will continue to lose people if they don't promote top talent.
