      It's SC Johnson, We are all paid well, A GREAT reputation of a GREAT family company!, JMBA, lighthouse resort, Johnson Bank, being a part of the best historical Racine work place, profit sharing, and my new house.....

      Cons

      Gossip, wich is everywhere/ "senior employees" treat us "younger hires" like trash! One mistake and its the talk of waxdale. Most of this is because these elder employees have no other friends!!!!! They only have each other, then bash and belittle the ones who make mistakes because they never had made them ever in their career.

      Pros

      You will not be bothered by people talking to you, benefits seem okay.

      Cons

      Don’t expect to be trained on anything. Management will expect you to figure things out on your own, request your own accesses and figure out what you need without any guidance. They’ll send people to you for questions on how to do stuff within your first couple days, not having taught you how to do those things.
