Gym onsite, Canteen (even though the food isn't good at least it's convenient), free fridays afternoons, good cooperation culture, multinational staff. Young and friendly employees
Cons
High turn over rate, people come and go fast. Internal processes/hardware are old , too slow and inefficient. Their service desk is incompetent, if you have a technical problem you better cope with it. Far from civilisation if you do not have a car going to the office everyday is an adventure unless you live in the village next door. Poor HR Policy : should you not know that your contract will be terminated that you found out by yourself that your position has been posted online since 6 days already. When you tell them that you found the offer and thought that was not nice to do that before ending my contract at the final meeting, they had the guts to lie to my face and pretended they did not know anything that I was wrong this was not my position displayed online when it was MORE THAN OBVIOUS this was my position online.
