      Pros

      If you play it safe, keep your head down, and don't stir the pot with new ideas o challenging the status quo... you might be able to retire there Nice WI campus and CHI office, and worldwide presence.

      Cons

      No clear north, not even medium term goals are clear or seen through. No empowerment, everything has to be approved by 1000 people. There is a culture of fear, they allow you to fail... but strongly encourage you not to; therefore everybody fails but aiming to be mediocre at most (a shame). No HR or PR departments, the first is nonexistent, the second is a disgrace.

      Pros

      Great brands, company, vision and leadership. This place is special and unlike so many other CPG companies.

      Cons

      Super competitive industry can create longer than usual hours.

      Pros

      You will not be bothered by people talking to you, benefits seem okay.

      Cons

      Don’t expect to be trained on anything. Management will expect you to figure things out on your own, request your own accesses and figure out what you need without any guidance. They’ll send people to you for questions on how to do stuff within your first couple days, not having taught you how to do those things.
