Has improved and grown over the last few years - Air Officer SC Johnson Employee Review

When I started almost 10 years ago, it was a great place to launch a career with lucrative benefits and work/life balance. They hit snags trying to "transform" the company in the mid 2010s which led to higher turnover, more leadership pulled from the outside, and a lack of focus and innovation. I think senior leadership has gotten more intentional in recent years and some of the best qualities of working for a private company are coming back.
