Focused on front line employee morale. Inclusive in change management processes with town halls and seeking to include employees at all levels in decision making and implementation.
Cons
Not consistent with processes and too wrapped up in continuous improvement that they are often revising or scrapping ideas creating turmoil on the packaging floor. Not openly discussing career progression opportunities for middle managers.
