Cons
Certain functions have got so many changes in the last 6 years that its painful and hard to work in those any longer. Keep reinventing the wheel and no new learning or skills to gain. Operations are fed up of the constant leadership, direction and approach changes. Hence career progression in those function are like solid rock, no change and you just leave been fed up. Increments are in the range 1-2 irrespective how hard you worked off.
