Pros

Maternity leave Holiday shutdown 401k contribution, except vesting is like 2 or 3 years

Cons

Shocked at the 3.7 average rating... When you walk into any room feels like the air is sucked out. Felt judged with every move. Most people are so insecure there. People don’t go to HH’s nor do they really eat lunch together - catch them at their cube. People talking in common areas or even at their cube would speak in hushed tones... very odd indeed. People don’t smile or say hi when you walk passed them. Managements spread so thin they don’t give enough guidance / care enough about their reports.

Pros

You will not be bothered by people talking to you, benefits seem okay.

Cons

Don’t expect to be trained on anything. Management will expect you to figure things out on your own, request your own accesses and figure out what you need without any guidance. They’ll send people to you for questions on how to do stuff within your first couple days, not having taught you how to do those things.
