Pay, so-so insurance, time off, managers are caring people managers; some very nice people; Fisk Johnson is genuine in his support for the environment and it provides a sense of pride across the company. Brands are strong and they have excellent products. Good marketing; great partnership with seame street - brilliant idea!
Cons
Change resistant; new motto: “one team. One purpose” — when a company needs to tell its employees this in a branding campaign it is obvious why. Not up to the times when it comes to technology and this will Hurt the company of it doesn’t get with the times. However some new senior leaders have and are emerging with fresh ideas and courage to shake things up a bit. This may just lead to a CULTURE transformation that is essential for change and bringing them up to a contemporary and competitive industry leader.
