Pros

Majority of employees are fun to work with Majority of employees, including some managers genuinely care for each other Minimal to almost no micromanaging Fun engaging events

Cons

Management refuses to consider more flexible working schedule despite changing times (strongly promotes 1s a week work from home and insists 100% return to office) Events sometimes are too much While yes beneficial for self growth, but management requires employees to lead improvement projects on top of their daily operations, can be too much workload! Automation tools are outdated!

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. It is true that we strongly believe SCJ people are able to achieve their best when they can collaborate and work together in person. While we work hard to ensure that our policies and programs support team members in balancing work and personal responsibilities, if you are feeling the balance is not working for you, we encourage you to talk with your local HR support to find solutions. We have many digitization and infrastructure improvements underway across business functions. Because we make decisions with careful consideration for the environment and the families who use our products, we recognize that at times, it may feel as though we aren’t moving fast enough. We believe in committing the necessary time and effort to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure we’re meeting customers’ needs and delivering the appropriate strategies, programs and solutions for our business.

Pros

Great working environment, strong teams

Cons

Very slow promotions and too focused on managing up. This is unfortunate because this is such a great company, but the company will continue to lose people if they don't promote top talent.
