Regarding working from home, we do strongly believe SCJ people are able to achieve their best when they can collaborate and work together in person. We have many digitization and infrastructure improvements underway across business functions. Because we make decisions with careful consideration for the environment and the families who use our products, we recognize that at times, it may feel as though we aren’t moving fast enough.
