Well-known products, good leaders, beautiful office.
Cons
Low flexibility in terms of hybrid model (1x4), benefits thought for old people and not for younger ones, low salaries vs. market.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your comments.
We strongly believe SCJ people are able to achieve their best when they can collaborate and work together in person, helping to maintain our unique culture of people aligned to our common values and purpose of working for a better world.
Regarding market wages, our Total Rewards team consistently benchmarks our salary and benefits packages to ensure we’re aligned with markets and industry. From expanded benefits that help employees stay healthy to flexible schedule options that help employees manage personal and work responsibilities to workplace leadership opportunities, our operations around the world offer a variety of programs to support the varying needs of SCJ people – in their work and in their lives outside of the office.
You will not be bothered by people talking to you, benefits seem okay.
Cons
Don’t expect to be trained on anything. Management will expect you to figure things out on your own, request your own accesses and figure out what you need without any guidance. They’ll send people to you for questions on how to do stuff within your first couple days, not having taught you how to do those things.
