Work/Life Balance Friendly Culture Easy to change roles and grow within the company
Cons
Somewhat chaotic project execution with poorly defined process and roles for decision making. Too low-risk. For a company that claims to be technical and data-driven, decision making is highly political.

Thank you for sharing your comments. Because we make decisions with careful consideration for the environment and the families who use our products, we recognize that at times, it may feel as though we aren’t moving fast enough. We believe in committing the necessary time and effort to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure we’re meeting customers’ needs and delivering the appropriate strategies, programs and solutions for our business.
You will not be bothered by people talking to you, benefits seem okay.
Cons
Don’t expect to be trained on anything. Management will expect you to figure things out on your own, request your own accesses and figure out what you need without any guidance. They’ll send people to you for questions on how to do stuff within your first couple days, not having taught you how to do those things.
