Pros

Good perks like on site gym, fruits basket and products staff shop.

Cons

Actions don't match their words, not really taking care of the people, micromanaging, total inflexible WFH policy. Employee's health is not priority.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review. At SC Johnson, we strive to create a positive, inclusive and unique workplace. Core to our efforts to be a best place to work are the contributions of SCJ people. We strongly believe SCJ people are able to achieve their best when they can collaborate and work together in person. We recognize this may not be the preference of some candidates and appreciate that may be the case. But we are committed to maintaining our unique culture by attracting and retaining SCJ people who are aligned with our common values and purpose of working for a better world. From expanded benefits that help employees stay healthy to flexible schedule options that help employees manage personal and work responsibilities to workplace leadership opportunities, our operations around the world offer a variety of programs to support the varying needs of SCJ people – not only in their work, but also in their lives outside of the office. Our leaders and HR representatives maintain an open-door policy and are available to listen to concerns anytime. Within the UK, we also have a grievance procedure that is available for all employees to raise complaints and concerns they may experience in the workplace and it ensures these claims can be investigated fully and independently to address any allegations made.

Pros

You will not be bothered by people talking to you, benefits seem okay.

Cons

Don’t expect to be trained on anything. Management will expect you to figure things out on your own, request your own accesses and figure out what you need without any guidance. They’ll send people to you for questions on how to do stuff within your first couple days, not having taught you how to do those things.
