At SC Johnson, all new people leaders in our corporate/professional career areas experience robust training on what it means to be a manager at our company. Through both online learning and live sessions, managers learn about effectively managing teams through topics such as inclusion and diversity, hiring, performance management processes and more.
Regarding growth and development, we provide a combination of learning opportunities through critical experiences, mentoring and development programs. Opportunities to grow through established programs such as our Key Capabilities program, Global Leader Development series, Development Month and more are offered throughout the year for SCJ people.
