Expects employees to embrace change but company itself hasn't adapted and embraced the change to a post covid world and insists "better together" which is a mask/excuse to micromanage you in the office even though productivity during covid was higher working from home than prior covid time
Expected to work long hours on low salaries relative to market and offered no extra compensation therefore showing very little value for the work done at non-management levels
There is also no structure for paying employees, someone as a senior analyst is being paid less than external candidates joining team as junior
Culture is becoming very toxic and demotivating
