A lot of innovation happening; both on the labs side, and the saas side of business. Quality people = quality work.

Cons

The cannabis industry is in flux at the moment. Payment and regulatory constraints make it difficult for operators to turn a profit (ie- AR becomes difficult).

There’s lots of free snacks, also lunches are free.

Cons

Job security is ZERO. People come and go all the time, management hires a bunch of people and then fires half of them in less than a month! They've got these crazy expectations which is unfair to new employees, and that's what got them fired!
