Since SCA in Carmel did a complete management restructure in December 2015, there has been a significant culture shift. Leadership in this office truly cares about their teammates and helping drive success as a team and as individuals. Cons
can be stressful at times due to quickly changing healthcare industry and working with teammates in other office locations. The long term pros definitely outweigh the cons.
