Pros

Physicians and nurses care greatly for the patients and overall satisfaction.

Cons

Implemented a new billing system Feb 2018, administration doesn't seem to care that it doesn't work properly. Billing staff are having to re-work accounts regularly and multiple times, and claims are being sent incorrectly to payers. Patients receive statements late and they're incorrect. It's embarrassing, this department wants to do a better job but doesn't receive the support it needs.
