Pros

*Flexible *Friendly atmosphere *I believe their business model truly does help make a positive impact in the healthcare field *A lot of team outings and provided food

Cons

*Management announced bonuses at a town hall only to find out that management members were the only ones receiving them *Unrealistic workload, especially for the low pay *Pyramid hierarchy where the bottom does all the work and a good amount of the managers slack off *Management does not care about career growth or further education *Poorly trained managers. Not all managers were ineffective, but this was the worst I've experienced *No support with continuous education from the company *The SCA values are constantly preached, but living these values is different. People seem to put up a facade when it comes to evals or when upper management is present. *Many (not all) of the management seem to be in their positions due to the length of time they've been with the company or how close they've been to certain individuals with power. It would be nice to see management determined by education, accomplishment, and holistic experience. *Overall I enjoyed many of my coworkers, but saw no career future with this company. If you want to work a flexible job with an average pay and little growth this is the job for you. If you want to advance in a career and are hungry for new knowledge and opportunities then don't apply here.
