Flexibility when life happens, and support from teammates at the facility
Cons
Corporate doesn’t care about staff burnout or paying fair wages to match cost of living. They don’t listen to their front line workers who know way more about the facility operations than corporate and physicians combined. Doctors can do what they want while the people who keep the place running must adhere to micromanagement. To them, everyone is replaceable. Be prepared to meet the expectation of increasing difficulty and responsibility without the compensation or respect that comes with it.
