Business Outlook
Pros
The coworkers are great and collaborative for the most part. This is a stepping stone position especially if you’re a tech wanted to get off the bench. Learn as much as you can and get out.
Cons
Very low pay, hence why it has been very difficult to retain employees long term and most departments are short staffed. A lot of the employees have been there for 20+ years and are retiring so most of us are working 40+ hours a week without extra compensation. I had to work two jobs to survive in this economy so unfortunately had to look elsewhere for a better paying job.
