The usual cons that come with public school teaching: an intense amount of paperwork, a frustrating amount of red tape to help students, lack of supplies and updated materials, little autonomy in the classroom which makes adapting lessons difficult. Hesse also had a transition of administration a year ago, so there are many growing pains associated with a new administrative team.
