Extremely professional and well organized company that cares about their employees and has personalized approach to every specific client. Have been working with them for several years and thru multiple contracts and have absolutely nothing to complain about.

Company has great enterprise level and Fortune 100 clients. Company focuses on quality, not quantity. Great mix of on and off-shore resources. Solid expertise in software engineering. Company offers solid benefits, including 401k and profit sharing.

Cons

Medical insurance for a family plan is a bit pricy. Individual plan is well priced.

They have clearly lied about end contractor cutting merits during the pandemic and reduced hourly wages to take advantage of their own employees since no one could afford to change workplace. There is no support regarding the personal growth or any relevant training.
