      Working remote, flexible hours, summer Fridays

      Cons

      Management does not care about you though they may make you believe they do. Pretentious people who think they are above others. Favoritism is a thing too. Being in a management position, though it wasn't spoken of, one could most certainly see who the "Circle Members" are.

      Great people, rewarding work, learn a lot, flexible work/life balance, PTO

      Cons

      clients can be a challenge, expected to complete everything on time even during extremely busy seasons, salary/compensation is on the lower end for the amount of work required
