Pros

Remote position and some of the team members made the time better than it would have been for sure. With the right team members I was able to develop my skills during the time I was there. I also learned my worth and when it was my time to find a place that valued me more.

Cons

First of all, it’s not family first. I normally don’t t take time to leave reviews because platforms like this have a lot of reviews that are either really bad or really good. As I saw a response to a review it most certainly offended me. It is NOT family first. Maybe it’s changed in the last year or 2 but it wasn’t and i still believe won’t unless leadership changes. Gossiping about someone’s pregnancy when they told management in secrecy and confidence is beyond being “family first” and you guys should be ashamed of yourself. Secondly, it’s not family first when you tell management of your life change and their response is that clients still come first. Their literal words. If management is reading this and scratching their heads thinking this review is just a way to rejoin the company’s reputation, let me help you… it came directly from the CEO’s mouth and if she can’t remember then she is certainly ready for retirement. This is the same CEO that would belittle her employee on a client call then wonder why they muted themselves and turned off the camera. People thrive in the environment they’re given and unfortunately this place was like the Sahara desert.

Great people, rewarding work, learn a lot, flexible work/life balance, PTO

Cons

clients can be a challenge, expected to complete everything on time even during extremely busy seasons, salary/compensation is on the lower end for the amount of work required
