      You can win prizes at the monthly team meetings.

      Cons

      Leadership is clueless as to what’s going on in the organization. The culture is toxic and the work-to-pay expectations are unbelievable (you will be worked into the ground and paid minimally). Even if you're just starting out, there are better opportunities out there.

      Great people, rewarding work, learn a lot, flexible work/life balance, PTO

      Cons

      clients can be a challenge, expected to complete everything on time even during extremely busy seasons, salary/compensation is on the lower end for the amount of work required
