You can work from home and some of the people are ok.
Cons
Very poor pay, over staffing of sales when they should be over staffing their service department to answer the calls for distraught clients. Rules that lack common sense, like following the script (it’s not a guideline, it’s a word for word requirement). Or having call transfers or hang ups count against your closing rate. New rules every week, none in the favor of your compensation. You can’t track commission and it’s never right. This company is out to make money, at the salespersons expense.
