      Pros

      Great place to work. Excellent work-life balance, excellent reputation, excellent training opportunities, competitve pay, and excellent benefits/retirement. Very low stress environment and management is very easy to work with.

      Cons

      Hard to move up past the Grade 14 level. Tend to promote people based on tenure and not accomplishments.

      Things have changed under the current Republican administration, but the SEC has always been known as a great place to work with the highest salaries in the federal government and very family friendly

      Current share seems to actively hate his employees
