Great Organization, Some Toxic Low-Level Leadership - Information Technology SEC Employee Review

Some leaders are very quick to jump to conclusions, and then even quicker to jump down your throat. Their management (not leadership) approach creates a toxic work environment that slows production to a crawl and results in subordinates refusing to engage at all. Whenever a question is asked - no matter how innocent or benign - multiple hours of meetings, explanations, and extra work take place. Several employees have requested to be reassigned or quit in order to get away from this specific environment.
