Pros
-No shortage of hours available to be worked but also not pressured to work them. -If you get a good manager on duty, it's even better. -Bonuses if you make sales above a certain number, I forget the number. -Can get really cool co-workers esp if you're younger. -When I was there the pay was slightly above min wage -Restaurant discount, I ate too many chicken sandwiches there at Cioppinos. Yum! -Management is not controlling, C suite I mean. -If you REALLY want to pursue a career in retail like being manager and all that, this is a good and easy company that will reward hard workers regardless of age or sex.
Cons
-Location can be far (the wharf) -Given so many young people work here and some aren't really pursuing anything of substance, you might have some gossipy and loser co workers but whatever. -If you have a bad MOD, it can make your job a bit more difficult. There aren't too many bad ones though. When I was there I had Annie who was not great at first (very micromanaging but her whole career is being a store manager so makes sense) but eventually she was nice. -With any retail work, you have to stand a lot and it can be very cold in the wharf so bring a jacket for sure.
