Miss-managed organisation with politics and ruining moral - Anonymous employee SG Digital Employee Review

Working cross location is awful, teams in other locations do not want to work together. Competitive and politically motivated always looking to get "one up" on the other offices. Upper management within SG Digital do not know the industry, customers or products. More interested in how they are perceived outside company. Wide spread cost cutting, accepted that offshoring can work, but needs to be thought through, planned and communicated (also with customers).
