      Global presence; very strong expertise; constant innovative programs to stay ahead of competition; competitive culture and strong foothold in the industry

      Cons

      Absence of uniform policies and practices leading to lack of local governance and cohesion. Very poor selection of local leader in Singapore.

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
