Pros
there is always a challenge and you definitely need to be able to self manage/be self sufficient as you are primarily left to your own devices
Cons
the challenges can wear you down. dealing with multiple global approval levels means it is difficult to get more than the necessities to make money. not great pay and they tend to work people into the ground if you let them.
