      Pros

      Friendly coworkers and flex time. Good company to work for straight out of college. Great place to learn about the industry and gain experience to add to your resume.

      Cons

      Compensation is below industry standards and not competitive. Feels as though overtime is more of a requirement rather than an option.

      - Big company, globally recognized. - Nice co workers - Financially stable and has huge potential. - Diversity and continuous effort towards sustainability.

      Cons

      - Very slow, not aggressive. - No career growth, internal politics. Policies are very different across business lines which is unusual for such a huge company. - Low compensation compared to competition. - Not much support form management
