Poor management has completely derailed the company in the US - Manager SGS Employee Review

SGS has been in a constant state of change for several years now. Employees are fearful of losing their jobs. The recent senior management team is the worst that has been in place in years. Employees are not treated like they add value and are constantly passed up for new opportunities by external hires. Morale is very low.
