      Pros

      Company cares about its employees, teaches you how to grow in business and in life . Working for SGS has literally been life changing for me . I consider you lucky if they even interview you .

      If I had to pick one , because I need a 20 word minimum , I guess the parking lot is too small??

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
