      Great company to work for. Worldwild company. Good benefits. Good people. Fills like a small company.

      Cons

      Long hours. Working in the elements. Shiftwork. Sometimes a job ends and it take a while for another job to come up.

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
