      Workers and industrial atmosphere. They have a very special product and could be a successful company

      Cons

      Very old equipments and no money to repair it. The owner does`t invest in the company. Sifco must to help partner companies in very bad financial situation.

      Pros

      Great people work here! They are competent and care about the company and want to support its values.

      Cons

      The CEO is 83 years old! He gets confused and forgets things. There is no vision for the future. There has been a lot of change in senior management and the core values aren't the focus any more.
