      No on-boarding program. Poor communication from managers. Unfriendly staff. High expectations considering salary and position.

      The manager is very nice and innovative. The company has all manufacturing processes that worth to learn as an intern

      Great people work here! They are competent and care about the company and want to support its values.

      Cons

      The CEO is 83 years old! He gets confused and forgets things. There is no vision for the future. There has been a lot of change in senior management and the core values aren't the focus any more.
