I worked at their office in Orange, CA at Quality Aluminum Forge which is owned by SIFCO. I was surprised at how disorganized, unprofessional and unstructured it was. No clear and formal training in place or guidelines. They expect a lot from you as a new employee but you have to figure out everything on your own.

Great people work here! They are competent and care about the company and want to support its values.
Cons
The CEO is 83 years old! He gets confused and forgets things. There is no vision for the future. There has been a lot of change in senior management and the core values aren't the focus any more.
