      The benefits were great. Pay was pretty good as well.

      Cons

      We were lied to and kept out of the loop in regards to the security of our jobs after being "voluntold" to take unpaid days off.

      Excellent benefits and company culture. Diverse opinions are encouraged and respected. Safety first. Great company to have a long career.

      No internal job openings advertisement. Many get promoted, though. Career growth depends on many factors.
