      Pros

      A very safe place to work, keen on health and safety of the employees

      Cons

      No work life balance, most of the managers are workaholics, and require their employees work lots of hours too. They want everything to be done fast but not enough people to work. They cut people in order to cut cost, yet still want to win the business, this is hard to sale.

      No internal job openings advertisement. Many get promoted, though. Career growth depends on many factors.
