Cons
Very big and lots of bureaucracy. Very long hours and rough lifestyle. Time off is frowned upon and must be fought for. They seem to be getting away from the meritocracy unintentionally as it seems anyone who fits a specific critical management demographic gets promoted quicker than more competent people. It seems hours are longer than need be, I noticed lots of people stayed in the office very late however mostly just to "be seen" as opposed to actually get stuff done. Leads to culture with no work life balance when the opportunity exists. Whatever segment you start in you will be stuck there unless you are willing to quit.
