Pros
The opportunities to learn and progress are good, to understand how a big corporate company works is great. Some good perks are meeting interesting people from different backgrounds from all over the world, travelling opportunities and perks such as visiting nice venues and going to events.
Cons
Every large corporation has difficulties in communicating as there are so many people that work there. Also decision making can be difficult as people don't like to accept final responsibility for important decisions.
