This is the best service company to start with. You will be in demand with both operators and other service companies. Training is exceptional and above industry standard and technology of course is the best in-class.
Cons
During downturns SLB retrenches indiscriminately. Therefore, it may not be a secure job in this volatile oil & gas industry. SLB is known to retrench as a first move in a downturn. Also, a level of arrogance exist with the SLB crews. Toxic relationships exist with cell managers and racism have been experienced.
