      - Easy to be hired - Excellent training programs - Clear promotion criteria - Lot of traveling - Easy get a lot of friends.

      Cons

      - Easy to be fired. - Understaffed structure creating a lot of pressure on employees. - Wedges lower than from competitors. - Really hard to keep family life at high level.
