      Pros

      Will recieve top notch training, If you can make it thru their training and can survive for a year or two working in the field you will have a Great base training and will look great on your resume

      Cons

      They manage their people through fear and intimidation. You just never know if you will have a job the next day.

      the promotion system or bonus system does not encourage hard work or innovation. hard work is not rewarded.
